HAAS & GOLEMON, LLP, was formed in 1997 following the dissolution of MAYES & HAAS when The Honorable K. Michael Mayes assumed the bench of the 410th Judicial District Court of Montgomery County, Texas. Scott Golemon, who had been an associate with MAYES & HAAS, and Mark Haas, joined together to form HAAS & GOLEMON, LLP, committing themselves to handling serious civil litigation matters involving personal injury, property damage,  insurance, business and consumer disputes.

Our firm handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including serious personal injury and wrongful death resulting from car and truck wrecks, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian and cyclist accidents, products liability, vehicle defects, medical negligence and malpractice, animal attacks and dog bites, work place accidents, negligent conduct and premises liability.

Our firm also handles civil litigation involving insurance bad faith and failure to pay, business disputes, breach of contract, consumer fraud and Deceptive Trade Practices, shoddy construction and breach of warranty, as well as other types of civil matters.

Over the past 10 years our firm has successfully resolved a wide gambit of civil matters, including major trucking accidents involving wrongful death, drunk drivers causing wrongful death and serious personal injury, vehicle defects leading to serious personal injury, consumer products liability, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, automobile insurance disputes, dog bite claims, complicated business litigation matters, workplace accidents, and contractor and premises liability, to name a few.

Our personal injury cases are taken on a contingency basis so that the client only pays attorney’s fees when the settlement funds are disbursed. In business and consumer litigation, the initial consultation is free and the fee arrangement is flexible, often a combination of a contingent and hourly basis.
