Our staff includes the two named partners, Mark Haas and Scott Golemon, officer manager Rob Longmire and para legals Stacey Murphy and Terry Bolster, and Legal Secretary Terry Hale.
Mark D. Haas has over 24 years of civil trial experience. In 1991 he was Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His personal injury practice has included cases involving trucking and car wrecks, motorcycle accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, defective and unreasonably dangerous cars and other products, swimming pool drownings, healthcare negligence and medical malpractice, construction and workplace accidents, electrocution, explosion and fire, dangerous drugs and foods, and premises liability.
In other civil matters Mr. Haas has handled cases that involve business and consumer disputes, Deceptive Trade Practices, fraud, libel and slander, builder negligence and shoddy workmanship, flooding, water damage and mold contamination, and insurance bad faith and failure to pay.
W.Scott Golemon has over 20 years of civil trial experience and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, whose membership less than 10% of Texas attorneys obtain. Mr. Golemon’s practice has included a variety of personal injury and wrongful death matters such as cases involving drunk drivers and other car wrecks, trucking accidents, workplace and construction accidents, contractor negligence and premises liability, electrocution and fire and defective cars and other products.
Mr. Golemon also handles a variety of other civil matters, including business disputes and litigation, Deceptive Trade Practices, fraud, builder negligence and breach of warranty, substandard housing, shoddy construction practices, flooding, water damage and mold contamination, insurance fraud, bad faith, failure to pay and violation of the Insurance Code, environmental and oil and gas regulation disputes.
